Refund and Returns Policy for Langlasn

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom orders
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery (unless defective)
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Email our customer service team at info@langlasn.com to initiate your return. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Return Authorization Number (RA#): Once your return request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as Langlasn cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our returns policy. If your return is approved, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., closed bank account or expired credit card), we will contact you for an alternate method of issuing the refund.
- Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be completed within 5-7 business days. However, please note that depending on your payment method or financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition other than its original, unopened state (e.g., damage caused by misuse), we may offer a partial refund or apply a restocking fee.
4. Exchanges
At Langlasn, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This process ensures you receive the exact product you want.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify our customer service team at info@langlasn.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective product.
- Return Process: We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the damaged or defective item and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Inspection: The returned item will be inspected to verify the damage or defect. If we find that the product was damaged due to shipping, we will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement.
6. Restocking Fees
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, especially if the product has been opened, used, or is missing components such as manuals, accessories, or original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Products: Items that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging or parts are not eligible for a refund or return.
7. International Returns
Currently, Langlasn only accepts returns for orders shipped within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact our customer service team to inquire about any special arrangements for international returns.
8. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item, or if the wrong product was shipped.
- Original Shipping Charges: Shipping fees paid for the initial order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item or a damaged item).
9. Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items will be clearly marked on the product page and during the checkout process. Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.
